Grade is not a detail
Food grade, USP, and technical grade are different products with different documentation, and they are not interchangeable no matter how similar the assay looks. Specify the grade when you order; we will confirm it on the acknowledgement rather than assume.
Where a product requires kosher, halal, or non-GMO documentation, ask before the first order and we will confirm what is available.
Clean-in-place
Caustic for the alkaline wash, phosphoric or nitric for the acid wash, and hypochlorite or peracid for sanitation. We supply the full CIP set and can help size the concentrations to your cycle rather than to a generic recommendation.
If your CIP is over-consuming chemical — a common and expensive problem — the cause is usually cycle design rather than product choice, and we will say so.
Audit documentation
SQF, BRC, and customer audits all ask for supplier documentation. We keep certificates of analysis, letters of guarantee, and specification sheets available, and we can set your account to receive them automatically with each shipment so the file is complete before anyone asks to see it.
Allergen and segregation
Deliveries are segregated and equipment is dedicated where the product requires it. If you have specific segregation requirements from your own food safety plan, tell us during account setup and we will build them into how your orders are handled.
