Services

Four business segments, run by one company from two Southern California facilities. Most customers start with distribution and end up using at least two.

Why customers consolidate

Most plants we take on have accumulated six or eight chemical suppliers over the years, each delivering one or two items on its own schedule, with its own minimum order, its own paperwork, and its own receiving event.

Consolidating those onto one account usually costs less in total even where a line item costs marginally more, because the freight, the receiving labour, and the administrative overhead all collapse into one delivery day.

It also means one phone call when something is wrong. A delivery problem, a document request, a waste pickup, and a technical question all go to the same person who already knows your site.

When it does not work out

Sometimes a specialty item is genuinely cheaper direct from its manufacturer, and sometimes a competitor has a route advantage to your area that we cannot match. We will do the arithmetic with you and say so when that is the case, because a customer who feels oversold does not stay one.
