Miles Chemical has been in business since 1996. We hire drivers, warehouse staff, chemists, blenders, and technical sales people.

What we look for

This is an industrial business handling regulated material. The traits that matter are the ones that keep people safe: attention to procedure, willingness to stop and ask rather than guess, and honesty about mistakes while they are still small.

Certifications and endorsements are useful. They are not a substitute for judgement.

Roles we hire for regularly

• Drivers — Class A or B with hazmat and tanker endorsements. Local routes, home nightly.
• Warehouse and blending operators — forklift certified, comfortable with PPE and procedure.
• Laboratory chemists and technicians — wet chemistry, QC release testing, formulation support.
• Technical sales — people who can walk a plating line or a water treatment plant and understand the process, not just the price list.
• Customer service and logistics — the people who make a delivery date real.
