Schedule a Container Pickup

Empty drums, totes, and accumulated waste can go back on the same route that brings your delivery. Consolidating the two saves a separate trip and a separate charge.

What we collect

Scheduling it

Call (818) 504-3355 or email cs@mileschemical.com with your next delivery date and what needs to go back. We will add the pickup to the same route where the schedule allows.

For waste requiring a manifest, we need the profile in place before the truck arrives. If the stream is new, allow time for characterisation — that generally means sampling and lab analysis before the first collection.

Container condition

Empty containers should be drained, closed, and have their labels intact. A drum with an unreadable label becomes an unknown, and an unknown has to be characterised before it can be moved — which is slower and more expensive than it needs to be.

If a container is damaged or leaking, tell us when you schedule rather than letting the driver find it.

Documentation

You receive the manifest copies the collection generates. Keep them; they are the record that the material left your site properly and they are the first thing an inspector asks for.

Container management programs

For customers with steady container turnover we run a managed program — containers tracked, returned, and reconciled without a phone call each time. Ask whether your volume justifies it.
