Open an Account

Most customers open a net-terms account. Credit applications are usually turned around within one business day, and a first quote generally goes out at the same time.

What we need from you

• Company legal name, billing address, and shipping address if different
• Federal tax ID
• Three trade references and your bank contact
• Accounts payable contact and the invoicing method you prefer
• A resale or exemption certificate, if applicable

What happens next

Credit review is typically complete within one business day. Once terms are approved, an account manager is assigned to you by name — you are not routed to a general queue on every call.

We will also set up your delivery schedule at that point. Most of Southern California sits on a regular route, which means a predictable delivery day rather than a lead-time estimate.

Prepaid orders are fine. Call (818) 504-3355 and we will quote the item, take payment, and schedule the delivery without a credit application.

First order

For a first order of a blended product, ask about a sample. We would rather you tested it on one line than committed to a drum on the strength of a data sheet.
