Certifications

Miles Chemical holds certifications that are audited rather than self-declared. Both are available for review, and current certificates are provided on request.

ISO 9001:2015

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and covers blending, distribution, and laboratory services. In practice that means documented procedures, controlled documents, traceable batch records, calibrated instruments, and corrective action processes that are audited by a third party rather than asserted.

For a customer, the visible effect is that every blended batch is released against a specification with analytical results on file, and that a question about a lot delivered eighteen months ago can still be answered.

NACD Responsible Distribution

We participate in the National Association of Chemical Distributors’ Responsible Distribution program, which is a condition of NACD membership and is verified by third-party audit.

Responsible Distribution covers the full handling cycle: supplier selection, product stewardship, storage, transport, employee training, emergency response, and community awareness. It is a management-system standard rather than a badge, and it applies across our facilities.

Current certificates are available on request. Email cs@mileschemical.com or call (818) 504-3355 and we will send them the same business day.

If you are running a supplier qualification and need a completed questionnaire, insurance certificates, or a W-9 alongside the certifications, ask for all of it at once and we will return it as one package.

Audits

Customers are welcome to audit us. Several do annually. Contact your account manager to schedule.
