PKL PRO is formulated, blended, and tested in our own Arleta laboratory. Every batch is released against a Certificate of Analysis.
What it is for
Heavy-duty removal of cutting oils, drawing compounds, rust preventatives, buffing compounds, and general shop soils. Formulated for spray washers and immersion tanks, and designed to stay low-foaming under the turbulence a spray cabinet produces.
Typical operating conditions
- Dilution: 1:10 to 1:40 depending on soil load
- Temperature: 120–160 °F for best results; it works cold, more slowly
- Application: spray cabinet, immersion, ultrasonic
- Substrates: steel, stainless, cast iron, copper alloys
Where not to use it
PKL PRO is high-alkalinity and will attack aluminium, zinc, and other soft metals. For those substrates use PKL LITE, which is formulated for exactly that reason.
