Chemical Blending · Arleta, California
Bring a spec, get a batch. Liquid or dry, lab verified, packed to your label or ours. Every batch releases against a written spec with a Certificate of Analysis — no exceptions, no "close enough."
Agitated stainless and poly tanks from 55 gallons to bulk. Heated, cooled, and inert-blanketed options available.
Ribbon and paddle blending for powders, granules, and salts. Sieved, homogenized, and moisture controlled.
In-house chemists develop, match, and verify formulas. Titration, pH, specific gravity, viscosity, and solids.
Quarts through 275-gallon totes, packed under your brand or ours. Label design, print, and application in-house.
How It Works
Most customers come to us with one of three things: a formula, a sample of what they're running now, or a performance target. Any of those is enough to start.
What We Blend
Soak, spray, and electrocleaner formulations for ferrous and non-ferrous parts. Low-foam and high-foam builds.
Plating additives, brighteners, passivates, and sealers blended to plating-shop tolerances.
Coagulants, flocculants, and pH adjustment packages formulated to a plant's own water chemistry.
Sulfuric, hydrochloric, nitric, phosphoric, and sodium hydroxide cut to your working concentration.
NSF-compliant cleaners and sanitizers for food, beverage, nutritional, and personal care production.
Degreasers, descalers, rust preventatives, and shop-specific formulations built to order.
Quality & Documentation
Every blend runs under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Raw materials are verified on receipt, batch records are written as the batch is made, and nothing ships until the lab signs the release.
Your customers' quality depends in part on ours. We take that seriously enough to pay for the audits that prove it.
Issued on every production batch, showing tested values against the written release spec.
GHS-compliant SDS authored for your finished product, under your brand name if private labeled.
Use rates, operating parameters, compatibility notes, and handling guidance for your operators.
Raw material lots tied to finished batch numbers, retained and retrievable on request.
Held from every batch so a question six months out has a physical answer, not a guess.
Packaging
Container, closure, and label are part of the spec — not an afterthought. Tell us how the product gets handled on your floor and we'll pack it to match.
Discuss packagingCase-packed for point-of-use dispensing, bench work, and distributor resale.
Open-head and tight-head, UN-rated where the classification requires it.
Poly and steel, new or reconditioned. Pump and closure options on request.
IBC totes with container management and empty-container return programs.
Tanker delivery into your day tank for high-volume commodity chemistry.
Your brand on the drum — label design, printing, and application handled here.
Common Questions
Production batches start at 55 gallons. Lab and trial quantities can be much smaller — we'd rather you test on one line before committing to a drum program.
Yes, before any formula changes hands. Your formula stays yours — we blend it, we don't sell it to anyone else.
Usually. Send a sample and the SDS. Our lab reverse-engineers performance, not proprietary trade secrets, and builds a formula that does the same job on your line.
Lab work is typically 1–2 weeks depending on complexity. Once the spec is locked, production and release usually run within the same week as the order.
If you brought it, you own it. If we developed it for you, ownership is spelled out in writing before development starts — no surprises later.
Yes. Our Environmental Services group handles hazardous and non-hazardous waste transport and empty container management — same company, same paperwork trail.
