The traits that matter are the ones that keep people safe: attention to procedure, willingness to stop and ask rather than guess, and honesty about mistakes while they are still small.<\/p>\n<p>Certifications and endorsements are useful. They are not a substitute for judgement.<\/p>\n<h2>Roles we hire for regularly<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Drivers<\/strong> \u2014 Class A or B with hazmat and tanker endorsements. Local routes, home nightly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Warehouse and blending operators<\/strong> \u2014 forklift certified, comfortable with PPE and procedure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Laboratory chemists and technicians<\/strong> \u2014 wet chemistry, QC release testing, formulation support.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical sales<\/strong> \u2014 people who can walk a plating line or a water treatment plant and understand the process, not just the price list.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer service and logistics<\/strong> \u2014 the people who make a delivery date real.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to apply<\/h2>\n<p>Send a resume to cs@mileschemical.com or call (818) 504-3355.
