We will add the pickup to the same route where the schedule allows.<\/p>\n<p>For waste requiring a manifest, we need the profile in place before the truck arrives. If the stream is new, allow time for characterisation \u2014 that generally means sampling and lab analysis before the first collection.<\/p>\n<h2>Container condition<\/h2>\n<p>Empty containers should be drained, closed, and have their labels intact. A drum with an unreadable label becomes an unknown, and an unknown has to be characterised before it can be moved \u2014 which is slower and more expensive than it needs to be.<\/p>\n<p>If a container is damaged or leaking, tell us when you schedule rather than letting the driver find it.<\/p>\n<h2>Documentation<\/h2>\n<p>You receive the manifest copies the collection generates. Keep them; they are the record that the material left your site properly and they are the first thing an inspector asks for.<\/p>\n<h2>Container management programs<\/h2>\n<p>For customers with steady container turnover we run a managed program \u2014 containers tracked, returned, and reconciled without a phone call each time.
