Jar testing establishes it, and we will run those jar tests on your actual effluent at no charge before you buy anything.<\/p>\n<p>Operating pH is typically 6 to 9. Polymer addition after coagulation usually improves settling further; we can recommend and supply one.<\/p>\n<h2>Why a blend rather than a single salt<\/h2>\n<p>Metal finishing effluent is rarely one metal at one pH. A blended coagulant covers a wider range of species and pH conditions than ferric or alum alone, which matters when your rinse water composition changes with whatever the plating line ran that shift.<\/p>\n<h2>Discharge compliance<\/h2>\n<p>If you are chasing a permit limit, bring us the analysis and the limit.
