Zinc metal, chloride, boric acid, and pH all need regular titration, and brightener is added by ampere-hour consumption rather than by eye.<\/p>\n<p>We support customers running this bath with periodic analysis in our Arleta laboratory \u2014 send a sample, get results and a recommended addition schedule. That service is the reason most of our plating customers stay with us, more than the chemistry itself.<\/p>\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n<p>If you are getting dullness in the low current density area, burning at high current density, or blistering, call before you dump the tank.
