Every batch is released against a Certificate of Analysis.<\/p>\n<h2>What it is for<\/h2>\n<p>Heavy-duty removal of cutting oils, drawing compounds, rust preventatives, buffing compounds, and general shop soils. Formulated for spray washers and immersion tanks, and designed to stay low-foaming under the turbulence a spray cabinet produces.<\/p>\n<h2>Typical operating conditions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dilution:<\/strong> 1:10 to 1:40 depending on soil load<\/li>\n<li><strong>Temperature:<\/strong> 120\u2013160&nbsp;\u00b0F for best results; it works cold, more slowly<\/li>\n<li><strong>Application:<\/strong> spray cabinet, immersion, ultrasonic<\/li>\n<li><strong>Substrates:<\/strong> steel, stainless, cast iron, copper alloys<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Where not to use it<\/h2>\n<p>PKL PRO is high-alkalinity and will attack aluminium, zinc, and other soft metals. For those substrates use PKL LITE, which is formulated for exactly that reason.<\/p>\n<h2>Try it against what you run now<\/h2>\n<p>We will send a sample and run a side-by-side against your current cleaner on your soils.
