First, 25% does not crystallise at the temperatures an unheated outdoor tank reaches in a Southern California winter, so it stays pumpable without heat tracing. Second, it removes the dilution step from your operation \u2014 caustic dilution is strongly exothermic and is a common source of burns and equipment damage when done without proper controls.<\/p>\n<h2>Typical uses<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>pH control where the dosing system is sized for a dilute feed<\/li>\n<li>Smaller treatment systems that cannot safely handle 50%<\/li>\n<li>Sites without the containment or heating for concentrated caustic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Custom concentrations<\/h2>\n<p>We blend to other concentrations on request.
